Our Story
A Woman’s Nest was created from one powerful realization: you can’t have peace of mind without financial stability and you can’t build financial stability without peace of mind.
Across Canada, over 55% of people say financial stress has negatively affected their lives, and nearly 4 in 10 report that it has led to anxiety or depression. For women, the numbers are even more alarming, 71% say that financial struggles have become a growing source of stress, and 42% of those who need mental-health care can’t access it because of cost.
Those numbers told me what many women already feel every day: money and mental health are deeply connected.
So I built A Woman’s Nest, a space where women can talk openly about both. A space that blends financial education with mental wellness, creating balance in a world that often demands everything but rarely gives women the tools to breathe.
Here, we learn how to budget without shame, rest without guilt, and rebuild confidence, emotionally, mentally, and financially. Through social campaigns, blogs, and community discussions, A Woman’s Nest empowers women to strengthen their financial habits while nurturing their mental health, showing that taking care of your money is taking care of yourself.
Because when women are financially well, they’re more likely to feel secure, confident, and in control of their futures. And when their minds are cared for, they make decisions that reflect peace, not pressure.
A Woman’s Nest is more than a platform, it’s a movement redefining what wellness looks like. It’s where women come to learn, heal, and grow-where their minds and money finally work together.
Welcome home. You’ve found your nest.
